The Intelligence Hub is the research and insight arm of our AI & Economic Opportunity Fund.
It tracks how the tech labour market is changing as AI reshapes jobs and skills, with a particular focus on what this means for young people from low-income backgrounds.
By combining labour market data with insights from employers and young people, the Hub will build a clearer picture of where opportunities are emerging and help ensure that training, employer practice and policy respond to real-world demand.
Our first Tech Labour Market Briefing, published in October 2026, explores how entry-level and non-degree routes into UK tech are changing.
We intend to repeat this analysis every six months, to help us keep pace with a rapidly changing labour market and understand how opportunities are evolving. New reports and insights from the Intelligence Hub will be added to this page as they are published.
